When you accept a new tenant, you do so with the expectation that he or she will respect all of the conditions of the lease. But unfortunately, every landlord will have to deal with difficult or even dangerous tenants from time to time. This comes with the territory, but you still must be prepared to respond when the situation arises.

When can a person be evicted from their home?

There is a lot of responsibility that comes with being a landlord. Ideally, who ever you decide to rent to won't make your job more difficult than it needs to be, but sometimes people get those tenants who do just that. Depending on the situation, as the landlord, you will be left with no choice but to > evict them and find a new tenant to move in. But before doing so, you have to ensure the reason are evicting this tenant is in fact legal.
